Rules for handling shipments subject to the SENT system act
Dear Customers,
Please be advised that due to the entry into force of regulations extending the scope of the road and rail freight transport monitoring system (SENT), reporting obligations now also apply to selected clothing and footwear items.
The changes result from the following regulations:
Act of March 9, 2017 on the road and rail freight transport monitoring system,
Regulation of the Minister of Finance of September 10, 2025 on goods subject to reporting obligations.
In connection with the above, we would like to inform you that the obligation to correctly report the transport of goods covered by the SENT system rests with the Customer.
