Where is my shipment?

You can check your shipments location by entering yourr tracking number in the Tracking & Tracing field. If you have any questions, please call our customer service line at: +48 22 212 28 00 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What is the shipment delivery time?

Our company typically provides next day delivery, however this is not guaranteed in case unpredictable events arise such as snow, accident etc.

Can I ship abroad?

Yes, we also provide pallet transport abroad. For more information email us at info@geis.pl.

 

Who can use your services?

Are you an individual or a company? Unfortunately we do not provide transport services to individuals. If you are a company, please fill in an inquiry form at: http://www.geis.pl/en/service-inquiry, which will be forwarded to our sales department and we will get back to you.

What goods can be shipped?

Our company is able to transport all goods which are not perishable. Moreover, we do not transport securities, precious metals, works of art and antiques, banknotes, credit cards, weapons, drugs, etc. More details are available in our Terms and Conditions.

What size of shipment does Geis PL accept?

Geis PL offers services in the field of pallet transport and larger shipments of up to 2 500 kg - the maximum length must not exceed 3 m and the maximum height 2.20 m.
