For the past five years, the Central Office for National Certification has been running the BEST QUALITY EMPLOYER programme, the aim of which is to identify and promote companies that stand out for their reliability in terms of employment policy in its broadest sense. As part of the certification, companies are subjected to a detailed evaluation of their activities in the area of human resources management. The verification process is a two-stage process. The answers given in the first, questionnaire-based stage are verified by the Commission, while the second stage involves media monitoring. Ultimately, the title awarded by an independent certification organisation provides objective confirmation of the quality of the company's HR policy.

The Competition Jury appreciated our solutions aimed at attracting, developing and retaining employees ready to successfully take on the challenges facing the company. Multi-channel recruitment processes, cooperation with academic communities, performance-based incentive systems, a wide range of training and development programmes, implementation of solutions aimed at work-life balance and well-being, and the development of an organisational culture that promotes commitment, openness and respect in the workplace - these are aspects that were highly valued by the Jury of the Competition. The Chapter also highlighted its activity in implementing a number of initiatives and programmes that build a sense of belonging to the company and integrate employees around common goals, including the FIT Geis Sports Programme, the EKO Geis Environmental Programme and the G-News magazine, among others.
