New Terms and Conditions for Geis PL Freight Forwarding Services, effective March 18, 2026.
Dear Customers,
Please be advised that due to the entry into force of new legal regulations and the expansion of the scope of the Road and Rail Freight Monitoring System (SENT), the Geis PL Terms of Service have been amended effective March 18, 2026.
The new regulations extend reporting obligations to include selected groups of goods, including clothing and footwear.
These changes result from:
The Act of March 9, 2017, on the system for monitoring road and rail freight transport,
The Regulation of the Minister of Finance of September 10, 2025, on goods subject to reporting requirements.
In light of the above, we remind you that the obligation to correctly report shipments of goods covered by the SENT system rests with the Shipper.
